Could not be happier with the service I received from Eco. After cycling through a few exterminators, stumbled upon Eco's heat treatment. Prep was quite a bit of work but they seem to have taken care of problem - have yet to see a bug. Technician Cameron was very accessible and able to answer all of my questions. I feel like I can start to regain a peace of mind now that Eco solved this problem. If you live in the DMV area, Eco is the place that will finish this problem - this is perhaps the equivalent of seeing a highly specialized surgeon who is so good at what they do because they are able specialize in one area. Skip everyone else and call Eco to get your life and peace of mind back. They solved our bed bug problem in a day. We called on a Wednesday around 4pm and they were here by 5pm. Arrived on Thursday at 9am to do a heat treatment and we were able to return by 5pm. They took great care of our home during the entire process and were very patient with all our questions and concerns. Our bites stopped immediately and I was finally able to get a good night's rest. I would like to thank Cameron for his promptness and kindness. He was a pleasure to meet and an excellent technician.
