They responded quickly, arrived on time, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They thoroughly inspected and treated three rooms along with our upstairs lobby area for bed bugs, taking the time to explain their findings and the treatment process.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Learning we had been exposed to bed bugs was a nightmare, but Eco was so great to work with. They were able to schedule a heat treatment for the next day, and technician Jared was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He was excellent at helping us prep for the treatment and at communicating with us before, during, and after the treatment. I hope we never go through this again, but I know who I'd make my first call to.
