We live in a townhome in Springfield and our neighbors had a bad infestation that went on for years. We hired them to do a heat treatment for us and our neighbor and all the bugs were completely killed after the first attempt. I’m so happy we found them. They really took their time to assess the problem and didn’t overcharge us either. They even offered multiple discounts to us for getting the neighbor to agree to the treatment as well. I don’t know where we would be if we didn’t find this company. Also huge shoutout to Jill! She was so nice on the phone and answered all our questions and concerns with the heat treatment and follow up procedure. If you’re unfortunate enough to have bed bugs I highly suggest this company you won’t be disappointed!!! All the bed bugs were dead in one single treatment and I was finally able to get some well needed rest. The technician was extremely nice and even helped me with some of the preparation needed to get my home ready for the heat treatment. Truly appreciated his help since I am elderly and some things would have been a tad bit difficult for just me. Hello, I had hired Eco Bed Bug Exterminator DC for a bed bugs issue at my home. They (specifically Mr. Jared ) was nice and professional and answered all my questions. He recommended Heat treatment for the entire home.This was expensive but he explained that it would be the only way to get rid of bed bugs effectively. Based on my understanding and research online he was correct. I did the treatment,it's a whole day heat treatment and an anti fungal spray .
